At Bubbli®, we are committed to delivering high-quality sparkling water products. If something is not right with your order, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items. However, refunds or replacements may be offered under the following conditions:
The order arrived damaged or leaking
The incorrect item was delivered
The product was defective or expired upon arrival
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos, where applicable (especially for damaged items)
If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order. Any eligible refund for the original purchase will be processed separately.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Opened products that are not defective
Minor packaging issues that do not affect product quality
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist in resolving it.
